Useful information

Your information

How we handle information when you browse, contact us or use social content.

Who is responsible

Solivictus Group Limited is the controller of personal information received through this website and our business enquiries. Company number: 16482274. Our registered office is Flat 19, Hertford Court, 2B Vicarage Lane, London, E6 6BE, United Kingdom. Contact info@solivictus.co.uk for privacy questions or requests.

Information we receive

You can browse without giving us your name or email. Hostinger processes technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

General contact forms collect your name, email address, subject and message and send them to info@solivictus.co.uk. Emails sent directly to us contain the information you choose to include.

Supplier introductions collect business name, contact name, business email, country or region and supply details, plus an optional telephone number, website and catalogue. These are compiled into an email to supplier@solivictus.co.uk. Temporary catalogue files are used to send the email and are not published on the website. Copies may remain in business email and records under the retention schedule below.

We do not ask for payment details, passwords, identity documents or special-category information through these forms. Please avoid sending information we do not need. Required fields are needed to understand and respond to your enquiry; without them, we may be unable to deal with it.

Why we use information and our lawful bases

Submitting a form does not sign you up to marketing. We do not sell enquiry details or use this website to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Social content and browser storage

We do not add a separate visitor advertising or analytics tracker. TikTok, YouTube and Instagram embeds remain off until you allow social content. Once allowed, they load automatically on our Studio page and may receive your IP address, device/browser information, viewing activity and interactions, and use cookies or similar technologies for playback, security, analytics, personalisation or advertising under their own practices. Being signed in to those platforms may affect how information is associated with your account.

Your choice, policy version and choice date are stored in this browser under sgl_social_consent. The website honours it for up to 180 days, after which it asks again. This preference storage is used to remember and respect your choice, not for advertising. If browser storage is unavailable, permission cannot be remembered reliably between visits.

Use Social privacy settings in the footer to decline or withdraw. The page reloads without optional embeds. Withdrawing stops new embedded loads but does not erase information already received or cookies set by a third party; use your browser and that provider’s controls for those. The small privacy notice disappearing after 20 seconds does not grant social-content permission.

Platform cookie names and lifetimes depend on your browser, region and account settings. See TikTok privacy information (new tab), Google / YouTube privacy information (new tab) and Instagram privacy information (new tab). These providers are responsible for their own processing under their policies. Direct channel links and Amazon links lead to external services with their own privacy practices. WordPress administration may use necessary authentication cookies.

Who can receive information

Information is available to authorised Solivictus personnel who need it for their work. Hostinger provides hosting and email transport for website submissions; Microsoft 365 provides our business mailboxes and records. Relevant information may also be shared with professional advisers, regulators or authorities where necessary for advice, a legal obligation or a dispute. We do not publish supplier catalogues or general enquiries.

Provider information: Hostinger privacy policy (new tab), Hostinger processing terms (new tab), and Microsoft business data-protection terms (new tab).

Overseas access and processing

Authorised employees of Solivictus Group Limited in Bangladesh may access relevant enquiries through company systems. Access within the same legal entity is distinguished from disclosure to a separate overseas contractor or organisation, but still requires appropriate security and access controls.

Our hosting, email and optional social providers may process information in countries outside the UK as described in their terms. Where a restricted transfer requires safeguards, the applicable arrangement must be assessed and documented—for example, UK adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards with any required transfer assessment. You can ask info@solivictus.co.uk for the recipient, destination and applicable safeguard information for processing relevant to you, including how to obtain a copy where appropriate.

How long we keep information

Deletion may be postponed for a legal hold, active complaint, dispute or applicable statutory record requirement. Limited backup copies may remain until overwritten under the relevant provider’s backup cycle and are not used for ordinary business purposes. Hosting security-log retention is controlled by the hosting service’s applicable security arrangements; contact us for information about logs relevant to your request. Third-party social providers set their own retention periods.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. These rights are not absolute; we will explain any applicable exception.

Email info@solivictus.co.uk to exercise a right or raise a concern. We normally respond to rights requests within one month; where an extension is legally permitted, we will explain it. We may ask only for information reasonably needed to verify identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office without first using our complaints route.
